Learner Support

Our team aims to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all learners. Support may include:

  • Welfare guidance
  • Safeguarding support
  • Academic support referrals
  • Signposting to external support services
  • Confidential discussions where appropriate

Sexual Misconduct Reporting

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all learners, staff, and visitors.

Sexual misconduct, harassment, abuse, bullying, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated within our organisation.

Reporting a Concern

Learners or staff who experience or witness sexual misconduct are encouraged to report concerns as soon as possible.

Reports may include:

  • Sexual harassment
  • Inappropriate comments or behaviour
  • Bullying or intimidation
  • Abuse or exploitation
  • Unwanted physical contact
  • Online harassment or misconduct

All reports will be treated seriously, sensitively, and confidentially where possible.

Support for Learners

We aim to provide:

  • Confidential guidance and support
  • Safeguarding assistance
  • Referral to appropriate support services
  • Fair and respectful handling of concerns
